Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IELTS Karo website, AI practice platform, and live classes, operated by Prep Karo (Private) Limited ("IELTS Karo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

The services we provide

IELTS Karo offers AI-powered practice and feedback across the four IELTS skills (Writing, Speaking, Reading, and Listening) for both Academic and General Training, together with optional live classes led by instructors. Band scores and feedback are generated to help you prepare. They are an estimate for study purposes and are not an official IELTS result or a guarantee of the score you will achieve in a real test.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or provide access to your account to others, or use the services on behalf of anyone else without our permission.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute our content, questions, or software, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.
• Interfere with the platform, upload harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content for evaluation.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout. Pakistani users pay in PKR through PayFast, and international users pay by card in USD through Lemon Squeezy. Paid plans may renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The platform, its content, and its software are owned by IELTS Karo and our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the services for your own IELTS preparation. You keep ownership of the practice content you submit, and you grant us permission to process it in order to provide feedback and to operate and improve the services.

Live classes

Live class schedules, seat availability, and joining details are provided when you enrol. We may reschedule or substitute an instructor where necessary and will give reasonable notice. Recordings, where offered, are for your personal study only.

Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error free, or that AI feedback will match an official examiner in every case. IELTS is a registered trademark of its owners. IELTS Karo is an independent preparation service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the official IELTS partners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IELTS Karo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any test outcome. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the services and close your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
