How quickly will I get a reply?
We answer email within one to two business days. Including your account email and a short description of the issue helps us resolve it in the first reply.
Is there a phone number or live chat?
We're on WhatsApp (0321-4524939) during business hours, Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm PKT, for quick questions. Email is still the best way to reach us for anything detailed, since it gives you a written record of the conversation. We do not offer phone calls or live chat.
How do I join or reschedule a live class?
Your class schedule and joining link live in your account. To reschedule, email us before the session and we will move you to the next suitable class where possible.
