IELTS Karo is operated by Prep Karo (Private) Limited ("IELTS Karo", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, our AI practice platform, and our live classes, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information that you provide when you register, such as your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile and email from Google.
Practice content that you submit for evaluation, such as your Writing responses and Speaking recordings, along with the band scores and feedback generated for them.
Payment information processed when you subscribe. Payments are handled by our payment providers (PayFast for Pakistan and Lemon Squeezy for international cards). We receive confirmation of your purchase and billing details, but we do not store your full card number.
Usage and device data, such as pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, and device information, collected through analytics tools.
Communications you send us, such as support emails and class enquiries.

How we use your information

To provide, operate, and improve the platform and live classes.
To generate AI band scores and feedback on your practice submissions.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To respond to your questions and provide customer and technical support.
To send you service messages and, where you have opted in, product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, including:

AI evaluation providers that grade your Writing and Speaking submissions.
Payment processors (PayFast and Lemon Squeezy) to take payment.
Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers and databases.
Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that help us understand how the product is used.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or of IELTS Karo.
