How accurate is the AI band score?

Scoring is calibrated against the official IELTS band descriptors and reviewed by an ex-IELTS examiner. You get the band plus the reasoning behind every criterion, so you can verify it yourself.

Is it really free to start?

Yes. Sign up and take your first mock test with a full AI feedback report at no cost. No card required.

Do you cover both Academic and General Training?

Yes. Writing, Reading, Listening and Speaking practice is available for both IELTS Academic and General Training formats.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. The app works in any modern browser on mobile, tablet and desktop, including the live speaking examiner.

Payments & policies

Can I pay in PKR from Pakistan?

Yes. Pakistani students pay in PKR through PayFast, and prices are shown in PKR on our pricing section. International students pay by card in USD.

What is your refund and return policy?

IELTS Karo is a fully digital service, so there is nothing to physically return. Our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy covers when a subscription or live-class payment is refundable and how to cancel.

Do you ship anything physically?

No. We do not sell or ship physical goods — access to the platform is granted instantly online. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How quickly will I get a reply?

We answer email within one to two business days. Including your account email and a short description of the issue helps us resolve it in the first reply.

Is there a phone number or live chat?

We're on WhatsApp (0321-4524939) during business hours, Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm PKT, for quick questions. Email is still the best way to reach us for anything detailed. We do not offer phone calls or live chat.

How do I join or reschedule a live class?

Your class schedule and joining link live in your account. To reschedule, email us before the session and we will move you to the next suitable class where possible.
