Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery)

How you receive access to IELTS Karo. Our products are digital, so nothing is physically shipped.

IELTS Karo is a fully digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, carriers, or delivery addresses involved. This policy explains how access to what you buy is delivered instead.

Instant access to the platform

When you create an account or start a subscription, access to the AI practice platform is granted immediately online. You can sign in and begin practising straight away at app.ieltskaro.com, from any modern browser on mobile, tablet, or desktop. There is nothing to download or wait for.

Subscription upgrades

When a payment is confirmed by our provider (PayFast for Pakistan or Lemon Squeezy for international cards), your plan is upgraded on your account within a few minutes. A payment receipt is sent to the email address on your account. If access does not unlock shortly after a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it.

Live classes

When you enrol in a live class, the schedule and the joining link are shown in your account and sent to your email. We send a reminder before the session begins. Any recordings or materials offered with a class are made available online, not shipped.

If something goes wrong

If you do not receive access after a completed purchase, first check the spam folder of the email address on your account, then email us at [email protected] with your payment reference. Refund eligibility for access problems is covered in our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
