Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment.
No questions will be asked, and a full refund will be issued if requested within this period.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
After the refund is processed, your access to the Learning Management System (LMS) and all course materials will be revoked.
Any course content, recordings, or materials accessed during the 7-day period must not be retained or shared.
Refund Method and Fees
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (bank transfer, etc.).
For international students, the refund amount may vary due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
Additional expenses such as bank fees or exchange rate differences are not covered by IELTS Karo and may affect the final refund amount.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day period.
Services such as personalized tutoring, mock tests, or assessments purchased separately from the course fee are non-refundable once delivered.
Legal & Compliance
This refund policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. International students may be subject to their local laws.
