Refund Policy

At IELTS Karo, we are committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked full refund policy. Please review the details of our refund process below:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment.
  • No questions will be asked, and a full refund will be issued if requested within this period.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
  • After the refund is processed, your access to the Learning Management System (LMS) and all course materials will be revoked.
  • Any course content, recordings, or materials accessed during the 7-day period must not be retained or shared.

Refund Method and Fees

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (bank transfer, etc.).
  • For international students, the refund amount may vary due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Additional expenses such as bank fees or exchange rate differences are not covered by IELTS Karo and may affect the final refund amount.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day period.
  • Services such as personalized tutoring, mock tests, or assessments purchased separately from the course fee are non-refundable once delivered.

Legal & Compliance

  • This refund policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. International students may be subject to their local laws.
  • We ensure compliance with international regulations and data protection laws to maintain transparency in the refund process.
